Thoughts on Running


 I'm thinking it would have been a lot more enjoyable bearable if I hadn't just eaten a bag of Doritos and a package of sour straws for dinner. Some things will never change. 
Apparently my eating habits are one of those things.
A little over 5 miles in 45 minutes. Not too bad for someone who loathes running. But don't go expecting this to become a hobby.  If running 30 miles wasn't on my 30|30 list I don't think I would ever run again. No joke. I HATE RUNNING!

  1. 5 miles in 45 minutes!! Girl, that's like...Olympic speed. I'm pretty sure. I'm impressed that you can just up and run five miles, that's for sure!
