Bluebonnets are the state flower of Texas and they only bloom for a couple weeks each Spring. We got our pictures with them last year and, in an effort to make it a Texas tradition, we snapped a couple photos this morning too. But unlike last year, it was a gray, gloomy day and Maddie was not a happy camper for this shoot so we had to cut it short. Today's lesson: It is very difficult to get a dog to smile at a camera on a tripod. This is the best we could do...
Maddie B. is actually turning into quite the little diva and her trailer demands are getting out of hand. But she's cute, so we'll keep her.
Happy Spring and Happy Easter weekend!!!
Love these pictures!! The bluebonnets are so pretty, and so is your dress! And your hair looks different- new color?
ReplyDeleteYou know what's sad? Brian and I have never taken pictures in the bluebonnets... and I never did with my family growing up, either! We'll have to change that with C&C next year- or maybe this year if we're feeling adventurous/the bluebonnets last long enough :)
