This week we're looking back to late Summer of 2004. I was just getting ready to move away from home and start college all the way in San Diego. It may as well have been the moon, it seemed so far away. (HA! Now we live in a different time zone... Texas puts things into perspective once again.)

My wonderful friends organized a going away dinner for me at Olive Garden. Endless soup and salad. Please and Thank You! Needless to say, we had a fabulous time!
Coincidentally, this week is one of my best friend in the whole world's birthdays...
